Powered by AnyDesk, DigitalView Remote Support allows our technicians to provide faster response times to support calls. The remote connection only requires an internet connection at the customer’s site, and is supported on PC, Mac, iOS, Android and more.
Once connected, an instant message chat window is launched, which allows for quick communication, without having to stay on the phone. Other features include a white board markup system, a laser pointer, and file transfer to and from the customer’s computer. For customers requiring regular support, the software can be installed permanently on their computer (available on Windows only), allowing a remote session to be initiated from the customer’s PC. The software utilizes the same level of security that is employed by internet banking, and access to a remote computer is controlled by permission being granted by the customer.
